Coding Tech LLC provides software development, CRM/ERP system creation, web and mobile development services.

3. Responsibility

The Company is fully responsible for the quality of provided services. The client must provide complete and accurate information for the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made within the terms specified in the contract. Advance payment (50%) is required before the project starts.

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment, all intellectual property rights are transferred to the client.
